Do You Struggle With Chronic Health Issues?

weekly memo

Last week, a group of doctors, practitioners, and members of the wellness community testified for four hours before Congress.

Dr. Casey Means and her brother Calley Means, driven by a deep sense of purpose, are on a crusade to sound the alarm on our chronic health epidemic and its physical and financial toll.

I sense that more and more people are realizing that great health is possible.

Seventy percent of the food in our grocery stores is ultra-processed food-like substances.  It’s no wonder one of the questions I’m most asked is, “What should I eat?”

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I specialize in guiding people to uncover the root cause of their health struggles through the power of personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes.

So many of my clients have spent years trying different diets, medications, and quick fixes—only to feel like nothing truly works.

Or they’ve been given little to no education about how to deal with type 2 diabetes, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, or PCOS and told the only answer is medication.

I worked with a client who is a busy parent who was looking for realistic ways to stay healthy despite her busy lifestyle. She noticed that with small changes to her protein intake, she had more energy throughout the day and didn’t need to snack as much.

Frank came to me hoping to control his type 2 diabetes. After working together, he shared, "The plan is working with much improvement in my (glucose) numbers. I eat more regularly and have increased my protein intake."

If you or anyone you know who’s dealing with chronic health issues and feels like they’ve tried everything, I’d love to help them finally get answers.  Often, small changes can give significant results.
