Whatever your health goals for 2025, I’ve created a simple five-week program to help you achieve them.
Renew You is based on how I work with one-to-one clients.
It’s my gift to you.
You’ll receive a simple action item from me to help you improve your health each week.
You don’t need to do the latest trendy diet, detox, cleanse, or deprive yourself.
You can skip Keto, Whole 30, Intermittent Fasting, and the current trendy diet.
We know that doesn’t work long term.
Whether you want to lose weight, have more energy, have fewer menopause symptoms, have better blood sugar, or get better sleep, this program is for you.
I want you to have lasting results that help you to have energy and vitality.
While you’re getting the holiday decorations and gift wrap put away, I want you to get clear on your “why.”
Wanting the number on the scale to be lower or wanting to fit into a smaller pair of pants won’t keep you motivated long-term.
Underneath that desire is a deeper reason.
How do you want to feel?
You want to feel more confident.
You want to feel more energized so you can take the dream vacation with your partner.
You want less achy joints so you can keep up with your kids and grandkids.
I want you to uncover the real reason behind your health goals.
This is such an important step.
Otherwise, you’ll be the 91% of people who have quit on themselves by February.
Your thoughts create your results.
And beliefs are just thoughts you’ve had many times.
They are sentences in your brain that you’ve said to yourself so often that you assume are true.
Repeated thoughts are your beliefs.
Your beliefs about yourself, your health, your body, and your age are your mindset.
Your mindset is a collection of thoughts you have about yourself, your health, your body and your age.
Over the next five weeks together, we’ll take small steps to support you in improving your health with habits that stick.
You’ll decide your health goal, take imperfection action, and evaluate what worked and what didn’t.
Your brain will want to throw a tantrum and tell you this isn’t a good time, you’re too busy, or it’s too hard to make changes.
I get it. Your brain wants to keep you safe, and change of any kind feels threatening.
Take a walk, take a bath, write in a journal, or go for a drive and think about the deeper "why" of your dream health outcome.
You’ll refer back to your deeper "why" when you want to quit on your health goals.

- Write your health goal and ask yourself “why” several times.
- Why is this important to you?
- What will change when you accomplish this goal?
- How will you feel? Keep digging. I promise there’s gold in your answer.
- Is there something different you want to believe about yourself, your health, and your body than what you currently think? What is standing in the way?
