Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 and offer standard first class parcel shipping via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Please note this time frame is not guaranteed – AK, HI, and outlying territories may take a bit longer.

International Orders

We do not currently offer international shipping, but be sure to sign up for our mailing list for shipping updates and all sorts of other fun stuff. 

 

Returns

We guarantee the high quality of all our products, and are confident that you’ll love them just as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, just reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@elainewellness.com within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll help you place your return. 

Returned products must be in their original, unopened condition and are subject to a restocking fee equal to the shipping cost provided on your order. No returns are accepted for free or gifted items.
