Are you ready to spice up your morning routine?
A turmeric collagen latte may be just the answer to your morning rut. With warming spices and antioxidants it's a drink with benefits! Turmeric has long been a staple spice in Indian culture and among its benefits is it helps to fight inflammation and increase the antioxidant capacity of the body.
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick pack of Elaine Wellness collagen
Heat everything except the collagen in a saucepan on medium heat until just before it boils. Transfer to a blender, add collagen and blend until frothy. Enjoy! Tag us @elainewellness and we'll reshare.
