Hayley's Glowing Skin Collagen Smoothie

Hayley Wood, Esthetician and Nutritionist created this glowing skin collagen smoothie to feed your skin from within.  These ingredients will help you feel beautiful and confident in your skin.

In a blender add:

Half an avocado (healthy fat)

2 cups of coconut water (for minerals and hydration - great if you're magnesium deficient)

2 stalks of celery (for minerals and hydration)

3/4 cup of pineapple (for bromelain enzymes and fiber - great for digestion)

1 cup of dandelion greens (photonutrient and liver support)

1 tsp-1tbsp of fresh ginger root (circulation and immune booster)
