These Collagen Coconut bars will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you healthy fats to keep the hunger at bay. Whip up a batch and store them in the refrigerator for a quick snack or dessert.
1 cup coconut butter, melted
4 stick packs Elaine Wellness Collagen
2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon liquid stevia or sweetener of choice
Optional: use vanilla stevia, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, add cacao nibs or chocolate chips of choice, add dried fruit pieces
Combine the ingredients in the blender, blend until smooth. Taste for additional sweetener.
Place parchment paper in a small dish with the sides of the paper hanging over the sides of the dish so it is easy to remove after chilling.
Pour the mixture into the dish and transfer to the refrigerator until hardened then remove and cut into squares or bars!
